Hardware maintenance ---- We provide three years’ free iCube hardware maintenance service, if hardware problem was detected, we will go to customers’ sites and fix or replace it.
Software patches ---- We provide free software bug-patches to resolve found bugs.
Minor version upgrades ---- To those customers who have signed our warranty service contract, when there come the minor version upgrades such as v1.1 and v1.2, we provide upgrades and new features. If the customer hasn’t signed our service contract, we only provide free ied bug-patches.
Major version upgrades ---- The major version (e.g. 2.0) will be launched as a brand new product, it would provide new important features or other system improvements. Our frequent customers only need to pay half the price of the new version for upgrading. The service fee then would be charged as the old version’s and once a new year begins, the service fee would be charged as corresponding percentages.
