Private Network:
Your iknow network is private to your company and only the employees of your company have accesses. Additional security features need the authorized administrator to adjust the rights of net access limits.
Data Ownership:
All the data and contents are created by the company's employees. Network administrator could send contents to the appointed destinations of documents and backups.
E-mail Verification:
Your network is defined by your company or organization's email domain. For example,once a user registers a 'izenesoft.com'email address,he/she becomes a part of 'izenesoft.com' network. To join a network, users must confirm their email address first.
Current Employees Only:
Network administrators can remove a user at any time. In addition, if new members want to be added into any newtwork, it is required to check with the users of their email addresses again to prove they're still workin gin the company. If they're the previous employees, then the administrator can delete it by email address.
